Offered a $25 discount to pick up the truck at a remote location. Arrived at location, was told after employee had consulted someone on the phone that the discount had already been applied to the invoice. Subsequently pointed out on return of vehicle that the discount had not been applied; no response. Further follow-up with your office and was told they forgot to apply it when I picked up the truck. Which is the truth? After I was offered a coupon I could use in the future, I demanded the refund and was granted this. I traveled quite a bit out of my way and was then charged for the extra kilometers - definitely not my best experience with U-Haul.
