Joe SThis location tried to charge me a fee to cleaning even after I explained that the trash was left there from the previous rental customer. Was not entirely happy with the way I was treated as I was returning the truck in exactly the same condition as I had received it.
Raymond MThey didn’t have utility dolly that I needed for the move and I asked for it in my online booking. Instead, they asked me to go to another U-Haul location to get it and to return it to the same location. No previous notice was given. I had to run around trying to get dollies and spending too much time on that.
