James was amazing! I'm going through some personal issues and was in a bit of a tizzy. His kindness and calmness put me at ease. He answered all my questioned and concerns I had about fitting the car seats in the Uhaul. The truck ran amazing! I drive small vehicles but I drove this truck with ease.
