This location was great. Beware we took this to 2 prior locations and they would not accept the return after we were told to take it to these locations, these other locations misinformed U-Haul that they had space for the drop off a 12 x6 Cargo Trailer: Misty's in Wartburg, TN and Coalfield Market in Oliver Springs ... very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

The owner was friendly. Couldn't get the website to work on his desktop at 11:00 a.m. so had to pull up my reservation on his phone so got me on my way promptly.
