Well to begin, I had a 3pm pick up time and I showed up around 2 and they where closing for the day and had no idea about my reservation. If I would have shown up at 3 like I was originally planning on. I don't know what would have happened since I was leaving town that afternoon....

Gail OPicking up and dropping off my rental at Arner stop was easily my best experience with a U-Haul rental. The owner was very friendly and helpful despite having a very busy store at the time of pickup. Drop off was also a very smooth process and you can’t beat the convenience of being able to replace the used gasoline right at the drop off location. I highly recommend this location for your rental.
