This type of equipment needs to have a wheel jack added as a boat trailer has. Also, all locations that are closed should have clearly identified drop off areas.

Overall good. Only a couple improvements could be made for last minute bookings online through U-haul. Reserved the truck online the night before for pick up (selected self check in) at 8:00 am, however this office location does not open until 8:30am and they never confirmed the reservation so they were a bit surprised when I asked where the truck was. Luckily the truck was at the location and needed to be brought to the front. That’s the only process I recommend reviewing because it was a inconvenience for being on a restricted time schedule.
