susana B.Customer communication and attention. Whenever U-Haul is rented extreme care and caution should be used. Roadside Assistance needs to be more knowledgeable. My overall experience was the most horrible experience I've had in years. I am very very disappointed in my matter has still not been resolved with U Hall.
