ken CThe return location for the UHaul truck was 14 miles from where I moved to. I beieve I went over 7 miles of my origal 30 miles I was charged. If it was a closer return location, i would not have been charged the extra 7 miles. Maybe ask for moving to location and then get the closest return location.

We are in an HOA so can’t keep it here for more than 3 days and it was 4 by the time they could pick it up. Other than that everything went smoothly.

But what I don’t like is it says it’s 19.99 but then you get charged for mileage then if you don’t put gas in it and if you don’t clean it

And, it is the second time that the full level was marked higher than what it actually was in the vehicle. It is usually marked 1/8th more than it is. This seems to be a company wide issue based on my experience with 2 different locations. Have the courage to go back and make the change no matter what they say. Even if they say bring it back just the way you got it. No one will remember what was said.

Large and centrally located, and the gentleman who checked me in did so quickly. Was able to answer any questions I had. Seamless experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Marcia PI would to start off by saying, that I love the facility. It’s very convenient, and fits the location nicely. The equipment was very clean and the online process was really easy. However, the sales representative that took care my transaction was very unfriendly.Actually, rude would be a better statement. I setup my reservation online, attached my photo and card and did all the necessary things. I walked in and I was greeted with “What are you here for?”. When I replied “to pick up”, he then asked “Pick up what”. It was horrible customer service. I was then given a truck with just below a quarter tank. When I went back in to ask if there was another truck available, seeing as I had to go 110 miles, I didn’t want to refuel when I left the parking lot and then again on the way back, He responded with sarcasm, asking me “how would like me to rectify this, with a discount?” Then proceeded to argue with me about how it’s the luck of the draw, he doesn’t pick the trucks. When I asked if that’s how he treats all of his customers, he proceeded to argue again. Very poor customer service!

ken CTyler, the manager, is excellent. And so is employee Sebastian. So, I don’t want to say anything disparaging against them at all. My experience outside of the two of them was not very positive. From the moment I arrived and was not greeted at all by any of the employees until I made my presence known after three minutes two the employee who was less than accommodating when I tried to explain the fuel that I replaced in the vehicle in how it was exactly the same as when I rented the vehicle. He was less than accommodating and insisted on talking over me and he seemed exceptionally impatient. Again, the two employees I mentioned at the beginning were excellent. The other two? Not so great. I’m going to say that I would not recommend it to others because of the poor experience with the older lady in the morning behind the counter, as well as as the employee at the end of the day. The windshield wiper fluid was empty, and the passenger visor was completely broken. These should’ve been addressed by the maintenance crew. Hence, why I did not say the vehicle was well maintained.
James CI had a need for a quick temporary storage solution and the TF Green U-Haul was perfect. Clean, easy to get in and out of, late access hours, and very affordable. If I ever need a more long term storage facility, that is where I'll go.

During that call, at the Port Charlotte location was rude and unprofessional in their response, which I did not appreciate. Clear communication should have been provided upfront, and I expect a higher level of professionalism when addressing customers.
