How U-Haul Reviews WorkSo, I had reserve a truck before I got there. When I got there, I could not get the truck, the app kept turning white. I had someone else tried and it was the same thing. So I ended up booking it again and canceling the first one. Of course I called the day before to confirm if I can be there early, she said yes; however she did not explained or ask if I had been there before. I sat there for 30 something minutes before I saw someone passing to ask how I get the truck. It was hard. Anyway, I put gas in and I ended up getting charge for gas again. Not ok.
Alicia SGood job
Bando KThere are no signs, it’s in the middle of a flea market and you have no idea what you are doing when at this location.
HEATHER SThe location issue can be fixed with better instructions and signage: in the flea market, building D, in an office with a small U-Haul sign. The previous comments and asking someone inside the market helped me. Otherwise, the service was straightforward.
