I had a very disappointing experience with this truck rental. At pickup, I found live cockroaches inside the cargo area, which is completely unacceptable for a moving vehicle. The truck itself was in poor condition, clearly old and not well maintained. The dashboard had multiple warning lights on, which immediately raised safety concerns. On top of that, there was a constant alert related to the tires that kept beeping during the drive, making the experience stressful and uncomfortable. Overall, this truck did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or reliability. I would not recommend renting from this company unless they significantly improve their maintenance and sanitation.
DIEGO CSeveral issues... the UHaul order had me dropping at a different location and to call a phone number that nobody picked up. I had to call my renting location to get help as to where to drop the truck. When I got to the location, the woman, who was very nice (Francia) had no idea that I was dropping a truck off but treated me nicely. Very disappointed with the UHaul website having a location that was not a UHaul location as my drop off spot.
