I had reserved the truck for 24 hours but inly had it for 6 hours and returned it at hours. When I got my receipt their was an additional 3 hours on there. They check me out 3 hours after I return the truck which im sure cost me a little more than it should have.

JOSE AI had a very disappointing experience with this truck rental. At pickup, I found live cockroaches inside the cargo area, which is completely unacceptable for a moving vehicle. The truck itself was in poor condition, clearly old and not well maintained. The dashboard had multiple warning lights on, which immediately raised safety concerns. On top of that, there was a constant alert related to the tires that kept beeping during the drive, making the experience stressful and uncomfortable. Overall, this truck did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or reliability. I would not recommend renting from this company unless they significantly improve their maintenance and sanitation.
