The location issue can be fixed with better instructions and signage: in the flea market, building D, in an office with a small U-Haul sign. The previous comments and asking someone inside the market helped me. Otherwise, the service was straightforward.

- difficult to find the office within the flea market since there is no signage. - office hours were to start at 10am, they showed up at 10:15 to open up. - the truck had 2 large cracks in the windshield, which they knew about, and had them marked. But this makes the vehicle illegal to drive and unsafe.
