Saturday 3/21/29. The location and owner was fine. The issue is that you have to use the UHaul app at this location. The app took 50 minutes to complete because it didn't work properly. We had to call support to get the process completed. I was on with support for what seemed like an additional 20 minutes. Saturday 3/21/26, 4:30 pm. When I attempted to return the truck to the location texted to me by UHaul, the app wouldn't allow me to return the truck. It was an endless loop of entering information and taking photos only to have the app reset and make me start over. I had to call support to return the truck. The support representative told me that the truck was returned into the system and I dropped the keys in the drop box. I was frustrated, but done. No no you say. On Monday 3/23/26, I received a text from UHaul informing me of the truck return instructions for a different location. So I called support. They told me that the truck had not been returned in the system. I informed them of where the truck was dropped off on Saturday and complained heavily about the app. I will not rent from UHaul again because of the app.

I was charged as USUAL with these small dealers that contract with Uhual. They charged me $22 (extra) for Gas! It alwayssssss happens! The Furniture place is going out of business so they will try n suck EVERY penny from you! Not happening! They offered me “store credit” Hahahaha Nooo doesn’t work that way! I don’t want any furniture! I simply want my $$$$$$ back!
DANIEL OThis is a used furniture store, not a U-Haul store. It is used more for a drop off location. They do not have the facilities like a true U-Haul distrubuiter. The person working there was sweet, but she was wondering why I was bringing my return there.
