Even though it was cleaned out when dropped off. I was charged for a cleaning fee. Nobody was there for the drop, and when I found someone, they were rude and very unprofessional.

DONALD HThere was no pre-rental inspection. I was not given all the equipment I asked for yet was charged for it. The people who helped us didn't seem to be on top of things when it came to their Uhaul rentals.
Kraig EI got charged 80$ to start off and I only needed it for 24hours. I told them and they fixed it thankfully but the refund was only 32$, so does that mean the u-hauls are 50$ a day instead of 20$ like they advised?
