The people were great: very helpful and very concerned that I have a good experience. They helped me get the trailer hooked up, discussed with with me what I was hauling and how to position the load. The man told me to call him if I had any issues that I thought he could help with. He alerted me to the roadside assistance number if that was needed. All very helpful, since I hadn't hauled a trailer in many years, and never behind my current car. This type of customer care helped calm my slight nervousness over not knowing how my car would handle the tow job.I have to say the trailer did its job very well. The car performed great as well! Viewed in total: It was a very good experience!
