We had no cell phone service at this pick up location, but Blaze, a store associate, was very competent, friendly and helpful. Uhaul should check to be sure that pick up locations have enough cell service coverage if customers are expected to use the Uhaul app.

Robert DIts too far away . I reserved a u haul at a business close to where we were loading. This added an hour to our tight schedule making things stressfull. I was not notified of this change in pickup location until 1 day before.
