Change the fact of the rate per mile for driving very expensive for a beat up old vehicle where the breaks sounded like it needed new ones. And be up front about the fees. Adding extra environmental fees and charging extra for protection fee and saying it’s just what we do is not cool at all. To expensive, last time I’m ever using this.
