It started off very ruff. No one told us that we had to do this online. Through the app. I was furious. I didn't know how to do this. We had to shovel the uhaul truck out which was completely unexceptable. The truck stalled everytime you stopped. We even had to have road side assistance out at one point because it would not even restart.
