Excellent service by this U-haul store. The manager and employees made every effort to provide assistance with the things needed for an unscheduled move with no pre-planning after tornado damage. They made a stressful time much easier. I have rented from this U-haul store before and always had great service. But this time they went above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you to the store manager and the whole team!

this was a last minute vehicle request and they were not able to provide the night before as I requested but provided one the next morning. Otherwise, the rental was clean and ran good. Also was helped prompt and efficient service.

Reserved a trailer online, all went great. Later I went online to change the vehicle I was going to use to pull it with & the program didn't offer that option. I just contacted the pickup location & they took care of it. I may have not done it correctly online, but it would have been nice if I could have. Other than that, no problem, all went great like I had hoped. Good job!

Overall very good. The only reason I didn't go with "excellent is because the hitch would have worked better with this trailer if it had been "flipped" on the tubing that attached to my vehicle. Last time I rented a U-haul they flipped it as that worked better with that trailer, but this time it put the trailer at an angle leaning backward. I didn't notice it until I loaded the trailer, but would have thought the experienced technician would have.

There was a crack in the ceiling of my uhaul and my furniture became very wet from the rainfall. You could try to accommodate for your customers a little better than just a .20 cent discount on mileage. Next time take a little more time to examine your trucks before you let someone's property get damaged.

The truck was given to me under the fuel level that was called out on the contract. It said it was at 3/4 tank and it was actually at 5/8 or less. The associate asked if they told me to check the fuel level before I left, I don't recall hearing that, and the last time I checked the customer is always right. I felt like the associate did not want to deal with it. disappointing... This was the Kokomo store on Lafountain street.

This is THE store you want to look for help when it comes to moving. I had a issue with my reservation initially, where I want to use a bigger truck but it is not available in the store for the next day. However, the general manager Willard himself drive more than 70 miles away to pick up my desired truck in order to meet his customer's demand. What a spirit, which represents the dedication, hard-working and responsibility! A big thank you.

I was told after the vehicle was checked in that ONE more mile would have put me in the 100+ mile rate which would have saved me about $4. It's not a big deal, but I mentioned the 99 miles to the guy when he checked the gas level. He could have said to drive around the block.

Customer service provided by Debra was a 10 and Brandon has been awesome all three times... THE HORN DID NOT WORK ON THE TRUCK AND THE TUCK SHOOK LIKE A WAGON FOR 1200 miles. Need better maintenance on equipment.

I had a terrible moving experience with UHaul but this had nothing to do with the physical UHaul locations or equipment. I reserved a 26' ft truck on 12Jul, for a 23Jul2016 pick up, to move one-way from Indiana to Kentucky using UHaul's website. I was told that I would receive a call 24-48 hours prior to my move to confirm pick up location. I received no calls from UHaul, so called my preferred pick up location on 22Jul2016 at 230pm. Uhaul called me back (Brooke, I believe) and left a message that unfortunately they didn't have a 26' truck within a 50 mile radius. They could only offer me a 20' truck, and not at my preferred location (30 minutes away). I called back and spoke with a gentlemen who reiterated the same message, telling me that unfortunately they just didnt have a large truck available. I took the 20' truck, because at that point, what else could I do, when I have sold my house and have to vacate? I had hired professional loading helpers, who loaded my belongings to the brim in that 20' truck, as full as it could possibly be. Even with their valiant efforts, I was about 5' shy of fitting my belonging into the 20' truck. I called UHaul customer service at 400pm, and was routed to Trina. Trina informed me that they could have provided me with a pull-behind to assist, but I explained that I was not comfortable with the scenario, and regardless, did not have the time to do this as I have to leave town. I expressed my frustration and asked that UHaul provide me another truck for Monday to get the rest of my belongings. She said she would have to go back and listen to my conversations to see what had happened and I guess to see if I had declined another available truck, then call me back. I called Trina back on 23Jul at 120pm, after receiving no call She confirmed that they would provide me a 10' truck free of charge, but would not be able to compensate me for gas. I informed her that I was already losing an entire day of work, and spending an additional 13 hours moving and that I expected them to provide funds for gas. She had to 'check' to see if they could do that. She then provided me location options, which I chose, and assured me that should would provide me a text confirmation of the reservation and location. I got nothing. I called back at 5pm, and spoke with Brooke. Brooke could find NO evidence of any reservation. Better yet, Trina had not updated any notes on the prior reservation regarding the solution to my prior report of having received a smaller truck. Despite her efforts, Brooke was unable to help me in any way, because the reservation department was closed, there were no notes, and no one was available - and they wouldn't be open until 10am ET on Monday. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 10am on Monday. Monday morning, 24Jul, I began my drive from Kentucky to Indiana with no knowlege if Uhaul was actually going to provide me a trucki. *I* took it upon myself to call al

The truck that we rented kept getting hot and would smell terribly of Antifreeze. We could not leave it running/ idle at all or the temperature would rise very quickly. It did okay while we were driving so at least it did not break down on us. However, when I told one of the people at the store that this was happening the only reply they had was, "well, did you call roadside service" .
