Maybe be sure and explain after hours drop-off procedure. Also - I was not given a lock for the truck by UHaul, nor did I buy one, so I left the truck Saturday evening wondering if the hand cart and all the pads would still be there come Monday morning. I guess somewhere stops by there Sunday to check in returned equipment so that helps. Anyway - good job and thanks!! John

The first day - we reserved the trailer. Staff was friendly and helpful Second Day - pick-up. Staff was extremely thorough, checking and re-checking details of hitch, chains & wiring. Checked all lights, and showed how to be sure not to get sliding door stuck or jammed. I was very impressed with depth of knowledge and thoroughness of the staff. On Return, staff was helpful, showed where to drop the trailer

Nothing - everything was perfect at the drop off of the Uhaul truck. The verification of mileage and gas amount remaining went very quickly. The allowance of 4 days + mileage provided was perfect. The truck drove very easily and provided plenty of storage for our move. The personnel were very helpful and friendly also.

Your corporate reservation process was a catastrophe!!! It takes way too long to activate the corporate account if you have been idle for 1 year. Once the corporate account was activated, it still required me to use a credit card to make a reservation. After 2 attempts at that, I ended up calling to make the reservation. The lady who took my reservation screwed up two of the dates and amount of trucks I needed. I never did get a email confirmation of my reservation, so I had to drive to the local uhaul center to check with them to see if they had my reservation. That's how I found out it was screwed up and I am glad I didn't trust you guys or I would've been screwed. I replied to an email I received from uhaul.com asking my to give them feedback about my reservation. I let you guys know I needed email confirmation for my reservation and YOU NEVER REPLIED!! WTF!! On a scale of 1-10, I would give UHAUL.COM a 2. The folks at the local UHAUL store deserve a 10. Please fix your system.

Take away the older trucks that have roll down windows, they were very hard to roll up or down. The seat belt for the passenger cut into the neck which made me use my arm to hold it away from my neck. This was my first time renting UHaul as I heard many nice things about it.

The staff at this location were incompetent and obviously had no idea what they were doing. I came at my scheduled pick-up time (1:15pm) and they had extended the previous person's rental to 2:00. So they told me to leave and they would call me when it came back. I waited until 2:30 and had received no call. I called and they told me to come back. I arrived and the truck was still not there. They then gave me a larger truck that had been parked out front the whole time. I waited a total of 2 1/2 hours for a truck that was already there. They promised to charge me only for what I had reserved, 20 ft, but I still was charged for the larger one. And on top of all of that, They charged my debit card twice and I now have two transactions on my card that I am still trying to get worked out. The employees were rude, unknowledgable, and had no idea what they were doing or how to behave in a customer service role. Worst experience I've had through U-HAUL.
