The owner of Diva took over 1 hour to get the paper work done. He was busy with his convenience store customers will his wife and son stood there. Every other dealer we have done business have been great. He did try hard, just was too busy and confused.

When I ordered truck I put on sheet I wanted to return to same location and when you emailed me it must have had a different return location because when I returned it was a pain in the as the man behind the counter was very friendly but it did take him quite a while to fix it for me. Not a great system

The man that I returned the U-haul to (Rohit) asked me to take a picture of the Fuel Gage so he could review. He indicated that is was short 1/16th of a gauge mark and charged me $9.79 for gas.and $1.27 HST. The gauge on the U-haul had no markings and this was completely his opinion of where the gauge was at. The process should be: pick up with full gas and return with full gas. I filled the tank to the level which it was at upon pick up immediately for returning it. A persons view of a phone picture and personal interpretation of the needle should not dictate an addition 11 dollar charge. Especially when there are no gauge marks in the truck. This is extremely poor customer service.

I put 86 dollars of fuel into a truck that when I picked it up was on empty! I had to have someone bring me a jerry can of gas to fill up to make it to the next gas station. The owner was pleasant but he did not check the gas situation before I rented the truck! I only drove in total 24 km! Plus the truck I booked being the 15 foot one was not available and I was given the 26 foot one instead! Not great or effective service! 86 dollars in gas??? Are you kidding me? For 24 km? Plus my total was still 70 bucks! Totally unreasonable.

I waited for over 45 minutes for the man to process the paperwork as the truck was sitting there waiting. I had already filled in all the information online to book the truck, then had to write it all out for him to input again, to repeat to a person on a phone cause he couldn't figure it out. With the last minute location change (further away and different truck) and this hold up it was over an hour of frustration and wasted over 1 hour of my 3 hour elevator time slot. Additionally, 1 small sign in a convienient store window is not enough to indicate where the pickup is. We were driving around that parking lot trying to find the signs cause we could see the truck. I will not be using or recommending uhaul again. This coming from someone who moves every few months.

They charged me for pads and didn't give them to me. They charged me $80 for a second day and I booked it for 2 days at $39. The guy checking me in took 45 minutes and helped his convenience store clients in between helping me which is why it took so long. Lastly I also booked a trailer and they didn't have it so that's why I asked for an extra day and got charged $80 when it should have been free because they didn't have what I booked. And I should get a $50 refund because they didn't have what I booked.

It took almost one hour to rent the truck. When I was in the middle of loading the truck the proprietor called to ask for my driver's license number. When returning the truck, it took 45 minutes to complete the transaction. In total, it cost me almost two hours of my time to rent one of your trucks. I would not recommend this location for renting a vehicle. In fact, I would hesitate to rent a vehicle from your company in the future.

The gentleman who waited on us was totally unfamiliar with forms, requirements for driver's license, cc, couldn't open lock box for keys. Took over an hour and 20 min to get truck. We'd still be there if the manager had not come in.

Picked up the truck from a man who did not know what he was doing. He called later to ask me for my payment information again, requesting that I drive back to him. When I opened the truck it was dirty with top soil, thus I conclude that the truck was never inspected upon arrival.

The guy at this location had no idea what he was doing. After he was on the phone for half an hour trying to get me the U-Haul I told him to give me the phone and had to talk with that person to get them to re-input all the information I had already filled out online. When this was finally done he refused to go with me to the truck to do the inspection or check the gas gauge, so I ended up just doing it myself and taking pictures of the condition and coming back in to sign final paperwork. Whole process took over 45 minutes and lots of frustration. When I returned the truck (fortunately to a different location) the U-Haul staff couldn't believe that he also gave me entirely the wrong paperwork and was going to give me an extra change. Fortunately staff at drop-off were great. They fixed everything, gave me the correct paperwork, and sent me on my way in less than 5 mins. The difference in the service between pick up and drop off was shocking.

It was head office uhaul who really messed up in so many ways. Very bad experience. If you want to hear more about it you can give me a call but based on the way uhaul customer service dealt with the issue they caused, I am not going to hold my breath

Person did not know how to do rental. No contract was given and continually wanted me to sign refusal of the uhaul insurance after I was clearly charged for it. This mad it frustrating. Aside from knowing where I started with the gas, and how many km's I was alotted made it a little stressful but I knew enough were provided and how much gas to replace
