Neal K.No Internet! No Phone Service! No One Around! Could not do the online checkin. It took 41 days to have someone check in the Truck. Don't know why I had to drive 32 miles to this place when a drop off place was 7 miles. Only reason i gave one star was zero stars was not an option!
Neal K.The person who worked there was 40 minutes late causing me to pick up the trailer late then added an $8 charge for tow safe that I did not want. I brought it back 30 minutes later and let the guy know and he never checked it back in causing issues with late return and almost causing me more money. The trailer was dirty on the inside so I'm glad I wasn't moving anything that needed to stay clean.
JoDee Lynn M.The location wasn't the problem. The problem was uhaul, and their customer service, I checked in as requested the day before tonâ€save†time at check in. Well I got to the location and the truck was there but the whole mobile phone process was a night mare. It took me an hour to get the keys to the truck. I called customer service and never got a live person I was on hold the whole time.
