No help available to connect the large and heavy trailer or verify the hookup and electrical. Was given a cable for the lights that only had two pins and only the running lights worked (this was corrected when I found the lights were not working correctly and asked for a 4-pin cable). The associate that helped me at the counter was polite.

Lindsay MReserved at one location but had to go to another location to pick up the trailer because the first location is not manned. Safety chains on the trailer are worn through and 1 broke on the trip. Had to repair it.
