1. Truck sounded like the engine was about to break down (belt/tensioner loud screeching noises). 2. Wanted to use the app to pick up the truck but the reservation was not valid (?) for some reason and required assistance from the attendant. Seemed like this was done intentionally. This required extra time to get the truck but also made me feel uneasy because now some random convenience store clerk was taking my personal information instead of me entering it in the app (ex. taking a photo of my driver's licence with his *personal* phone) which is not the experience I've had at another location when I rented a truck at an earlier date. Due to this unusual approach and the overall vibe at this location, I've been on edge ever since while regularly monitoring for any signs of identity theft. Not something I was expecting to be doing after renting from a known and reputable company like U-Haul. In summary, I'm concerned about my personal details having been misused, the parking was limited, space was tight, the truck was not in good shape and the location felt generally unsafe. I will certainly not reserve there again. There are better options not far from this place.

Poonoosami MThe truck that I rented needed aome maintenance. Actually ALOT OF MAINTENANCE!!! The steering wheel is not straight! The car moves like crazy on the highway. Honestly midway I felt UNSAFE! The service that I received was good but the truck was a disaster
