The person is very nice, friendly and experienced. Although he opens at 12 on Saturdays, he specifically came at 7 am so I could receive the truck. I rate him five stars.

Theres junk all around the trucks outside, broken glass, really dumpy. Had to put more gas then I shouldve as when I left the level wasnt where it was supposed to be

Maheshinder SIt was the worst experience that I ever had with U-haul, my reservation was modified twice and in the last minute. The first one, they called me the day before telling me the truck is not available in st Jérôme, you will pick it up form Boisbriand. The D day, one arriving to Boisbriand, they called me to say that the truck is not available there and you can pick it up from saint lin Laurentides. This is not acceptable. Moving is not a small thing that we do, we schedule many things on advance, the helping staff, our engagements.... And them those things comes and U-haul personal where dealing with that with a cold blood. By the end, and with all the loss that I get, you give 50$. This is not professional and it will be the last time dealing with you.
Hamida YI reserved 48 moving pads, but unfortunately that amount was not available, wich is ok, then it was provided for me 18 moving pads and I was charger 15$ for those wich is ok too but I was also charge + 48$ for the 48pads that it was supposed be refunded. I tried to get in touch with uhall about this and no response, and I still didn't receive my 48$ refund for this mistake. I should only be charged for the pads that I took but I was charge for the the pads that I took + 48$. Are you guys going to remediate that or not?
