I got a truck that had the wheel.I'm it out a calls the truck to run off the road at times. I was told to put down a hundred dollars for a hold on a prepaid card. Then I was told that my charge will be sixty bucks for within an hour and a half. I didn't use a lot of knowledge.The truck came back with no damages or scratches. I was supposed to have my $100 back onto my pre paID Card, but it never went back on their fully.Has the customer service guy tell me out of a $160.They would only keep this sixty and refund that one hundred dollars. Therefore I was not done right and I will not deal with yawning anymore.And I will let others know not to deal with yao. Thanks marie riggan.

The location was convenient but I would not say my experience has met my expectations. Typically U-Haul has been very easy to use and I’ve almost always had a perfect experience. This rental however wasn’t the best. The truck was missing moving equipment I paid for and I made a comment about missing items. I drove less than the expected mileage I entered and was notified by U-Haul someone would contact me to discuss altering the invoice. I still have not heard from a representative.
