He was unable to explain the second charge on my credit card and ask me to call a number and second day the charge is close to my previous charge and the hours and mileage was way less so I think this guy is playing with numbers and overcharging people. I will not come back and will not recommend.

Owner of Auto Ryder Garage was quick and no nonsense...even took out the van for me in the direction I was headed to and upon return, I left it there in front of the establishment and gave him the key so he could park it back in his lot.

Sa femme a commencé par nous servir en français mais pour une raison innexpliquée c'est son mari qui a fait le reste de la transaction. Le problème c'est qu'elle n'est même pas foutu de faire la traduction. Elle me traite d'arrogant car je ne comprends pas son mari unilingue anglais. Elle me passe aussi des commentaires désobligeant. Comme par exemple elle dit à haute voix "une chance qu'on en a pas cinquante clients comme ça par jour. Je l'ai rassuré que U-HAUL c'est fini pour moi. Qu'elle ne me recroira plus jamais avec son service à la clientèle innexistant. En fait, je vais faire tout mon possible pour que les francophone sâchent qu'ils ne sont pas les bienvenus à UHAUL.

Benjamin aIt was worse experience what I had. I ordered a car, the price was reasonable, I paid, moved my things and returned the car back. And a few days later they charged another $100 from my credit card. I wrote to them to find out why this happened, but they didn't answer. So they just stole my money. Worst company ever, I will never use them again and I don't recommend them to anyone.
