My reservation was for pickup at the Saint-Jacques location. This was changed t o2100 Rue Norman Lachine without anyone notifying me, however that location does not support the mobile app, so I couldn't pick up the truck. I called and by chance Silencieux Federal Mufflers had the same truck and supported the mobile app. That truck did have the blankets and dolly that I had requested, but the blankets had been used and some were dirty and wet. 1. Why was I not notified of the change of pickup address? 2. Why was the pickup location changed to one that does not support the mobile app when the pickup time was set for 7 AM, 2 hours before any location opens? 3. Why was my truck not driven the 6 minutes (according to Google maps) from 2100 Rue Norman to 7350 Blvd de Sainte Anne de Bellevue to prevent this issue from happening? 4. Why was I charged $442.47 when the website quotes me $382.87? I expect a callback to resolve this. 450-807-6437

It was quite shocking to be charged for gas when we had close to none at pick up. It was really hard to try to find a gas station that was really close. We brought it with a bit more gas and were still charged 49$. I will contest those charges since it doesn’t make any sense. The two times we used U-haul, we had horrible experiences. This was the last time we will ever rent a truck with your company.
MAXIME SThe location I picked was changed to this one which wasn’t an issue but the mattress cover I bought was not at the new location. I never ended up picking it up even though I paid for it because I didn’t have time to go to the other location.
Leah COrder wasn’t right from the get go. Had to make a second order. Thanks to your agent Shaina. However, I waited for 40 minutes on the phone. Gas tank was at 1/4, not clear we had didn’t have to full it. Disappointed in the overall service.
