The location I picked was changed to this one which wasn’t an issue but the mattress cover I bought was not at the new location. I never ended up picking it up even though I paid for it because I didn’t have time to go to the other location.

Order wasn’t right from the get go. Had to make a second order. Thanks to your agent Shaina. However, I waited for 40 minutes on the phone. Gas tank was at 1/4, not clear we had didn’t have to full it. Disappointed in the overall service.
