We did a precheck in on line, but that did not appear to speed. Things up when we picked up the truck. The owner/manager of the establishment was a bit hard to understand as he talked a bit softly. But everyone was very courteous.

Took a long time to pick up because the cashier did not show up to work. The manager who helped me had to split his time between helping me and helping all other customers. He did an awesome job trying to handle everything on his own, but he really needs some more reliable staff.

This location loctaed within a convenience store. Tokk a long time to turn the vehicle in.

Possibly the worse location for this store. It is in a run down gas station, the truck had dirt all in the back of it, and the customer service was terrible. What really burned me was when I got the truck at 1645 and he told me I had till 1600 the next day to turn it back in, even though it was a 24hr rental. He then changed it to 1700 after I had to argue him on it. This whole store probably needs a case study done on it and should be considered for removal.

The man who was in charge of the UHaul rentals seemed to have no idea what he was doing. When I arrived at the location he was on the phone doing something for another customer. After waiting for around 20 minutes, I was finally waited on. I had made reservations and used the express check in feature, which did not help at all, I had to repeat all the information that I had entered online which took much longer than necessary. Next he claimed his computer wasn’t working and took me to the back office to finish the process, which must not have been working either, because another 15 minutes later we walked back out to the front counter and finished business. During this time he claimed he could not help other customers who had been standing in line behind me for 20-30 minutes waiting themselves, even though they had also made reservations. This whole process took me personally over an hour standing around waiting on this gentleman, while he cluelessly messed with his computers. I will not be returning to this location for a UHaul or any other service they offer.

I ordered a 8:am pick up they didn't open till 9:am seems like that would be a flag there if I can't pick up till 9. I ordered 10 blankets when I placed my order on June 3, I picked up on June 16, you would think that would be enough time to get all 10 blankets but no they only had 6. When I placed my order I gave all the information from where I was picking up from to where I was dropping off at so you had all the mileage info but I still was still 5 miles short.

I ordered 3 dozen blankets/pads to cover my furniture and they didn't have them. I had pre-paid one rate online and the guy tried to tell me a completely different rate.

Had a reservation and had pre-paid for the rental. Took them 45 minutes to figure out what was going on. This included them on the phone for 30 minutes speaking to someone who was possibly the owner of the establishment. They were speaking a foreign language so I am unsure what the actual problem was. About 10 minutes in, they told me I still owed $0.96. Not sure what problem the other 35 minutes were required to resolve. Trailer floor was dirty.

I drove on the facility to drop off the hauler and was told no by the store owner because they had no room. I persisted and was given a Mr. Williams' personal number. After speaking with I left the hauler by an Ice Machine. No inspection, No receipt, nothing! Exact opposite of the pick up site.

The experience was horrible. Our reservation was cancelled. Then when we finally got a truck we where told the 26 ft would be the same price at the 20 ft for the inconvenience. We ordered 3 hand carts and 12 blankets. They where ordered. We paid for two movers from the ATeam. Because of the mix up we had them for only an hour half and paid 245.00 for three hours. It was the worst experience and very stressful. Frank was a life saver trying to help us.
