roann cYou were never notified of location change spent over an hour trying to pick up the truck. When we got to the new location, nobody was at the store. After calling customer service they got semi lined and we did it over the phone. I felt very uncomfortable picking up the truck, but I don’t have someone looking at it with me. The truck only had a quarter tank of gas. It was filthy leaked oil and I had to clean the back of the truck out before we used it cause it smelled like cat pee. I was very disappointed in U-Haul and this experience to the point is I canceled my next reservation due to this experience. I’d rather pay more and have equipment that you can rely on.
