For starters we will begin with the keys. When we went to go pick it up the address they gave us there was no trucks there the address was across the street. Then customer service didn't even know where the keys were when I called them. They actually were in front of the hotel which was next door the whole time and your customer service had absolutely no idea about. Which in my opinion is absurd. You would think being a company who is in charge of thousands of dollars of machinery and vehicles you would know where your keys are located and where to send you customers to. It took us 45 min to locate the keys which we were on a time schedule due to coming 2 hours away already and having to be to our location spot at a certain spot . Then when we finally went to drop off the truck when we were finished things got dramatically worse. The address you guys gave us no longer accepted uhauls anymore. After paying almost $300 to rent from you guys to begin with this location you guys sent us to that you wanted us to drop off with was going to charge us almost $500 more just to deliver it somewhere else. This should have never happened. How can your company as big as it it make so many mistakes with giving us so many wrong addresses, I can't seem to understand how when we scheduled this vehicle and you selected a drop off location you didn't see or even think to check and see if they accepted your vehicles anymore. Did someone fail to do their job , is this not apart of your job anymore are we supposed to just play the guessing game of who to drop it off to when we rent from nowadays? That is down right unacceptable in my opinion and in the opinion of everyone I have spoken with about the incident that we have went thru with you guys. So many of us use you all because your affordable and convenient but after this we may have to rethink our choices because i will not ever be put in the position and feel the way your customer service made me feel that day. Th way your customer service talked to me both time was like they were talking to a 4 year old teaching them right from wrong. Do you like to feel like you are less than the dirt under someone's shoes? No I didn't think so. I would like someone to apologize to us for the way they treated us for something that was completely out of our control and not our fault. It is not something we at all did or had any part in so we had no reason to be treated that way. And not only that something needs to be done about the issues we faced . I want someone to make them right. For the amount of money we paid we should have had a smooth pick up and drop off but that was not at all close to what happened. I am awaiting your quick and steady response to this.

There was nobody there, and no clear indication where to leave the truck. We actually drove past it once because the building only had a small sign on the corner.
