The key return box was pad locked and no code provided at checkout in the app or via email. No way to return truck key.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe cell service is awful in the area. Both my wife and I who have both an iphone and android have the same issue. Every time we tried to take the required pictures it would reset the whole process. I had to drive and park at a location somewhat nearby that attached to another cell tower so I could take a picture or my face to move to the next step. I was told the keys should be within a lock on the uhaul when in fact they where next to a building not even attached to the uhaul parking lot. I tried solving these issues with both the website and the app and ended paying but not able to take the "required pictures" awful experience
JOSEPH BTruck smelled like urine for a second but then went away. The cupholders were dirty. One thing, the key box needs better signage bc it took a minute to find. Other than that good one.
Joshua DI checked out online. Went to drop off. A box was there with a lock and code. I checked out online , wasn’t given a code. Had to call number. Was on phone for 30 minutes and didn’t come up with solution. They had me drop off keys ay a different Uhaul location. Went there and they were nit helpful. Now just hoping I don’t get charged something additionally for the key at another location.
robert fThe lock box was not user friendly. Even with app there is no clear signage. A box on a wood pole by a run down apartment complex is not ideal. We had to leave the truck and come back to try again. Not helpful
