STEVEN SI don’t have anything against the representative that helped me. I just wish that UHaul would have explained better on the website, during the reservation that I was responsible for getting wheel straps.
JOSE HI dropped my equipment off with just under half a tank of fuel, I stopped at a BP station less than a mile from the location and added 5 gallons of fuel to make sure it was over 3/8s, so you can imagine my shock to be charged for 9 gallons of fuel. Either I was ripped off by the dealer, or the dealer lot is insecure and the fuel was stolen from the truck, but either way, that is a big strike against them. So, no, I don't recommend dropping off a truck here especially on a weekend when no one is there.
