Clerk acted like they’d never done a return. The app would not work - poor cell service - so I could not self return.
MARK CPicked up the truck trailer part was dirty cab part was dirty had a foul smell in it was not satisfied with it. The store needs to make sure everybody starts cleaning out the truck or the store people need to make sure it is cleaned out before they loan the vehicle out to someone. Back of the truck had potting soil Twigs leaves mud all in it not swept out they parked the truck and trailer in a muddy area. Not a very professional way to loan out of vehicle over the phone. And pricing that I was quoted online was different from what was said to me over the phone. I spent more than $300 more than what I was quoted online.

ANGELA GTruck cab and box area of truck were very clean- not sure if it’s normal for moving trucks but the truck engine/shifting was pretty rough might need checked out.
