Truck was old, cracked side view mirror and a dirty cab. Rented and had confirmed for a 10' truck. Was given a much bigger truck for same price, but when driving over 100 miles that added a lot of extra gasoline that had to be used that really added up. Didn't need the bigger truck.

The customer service was amazing. The gentleman was awesome to my wife. But the equipment was, I guess, in horrendous condition. The first one was just really filthy but was ok. The second one was even more dirty.The windshield wipers were terrible and the defroster for the windshield bidn't work so all around just a bad vehicle twice but great service
