Drop off experience was okay. In exchange for parking the truck exactly where the attendant requested, I asked if the four (4) extra miles we drove the truck could be waived. (The extra miles were a result of unexpected road construction and a required detour.) The attendant said yes, however our credit card was later charged $4.28 (mileage charge + sales tax). I guess the boss did not honor the attendant's word? Anyway, a bit disappointing and if given a choice I will select a different drop off location next time. Thank you.
Martin REverything went as planned. Pickup was smooth. I was upgraded to newer equipment-awesome. Vehicle was clean and ran well. Location was perfect and very convenient. Drop off was easy as could be. If I need a truck again, this will be my only stop.
