They charged me for gas. I returned either half tank and That's was what was required .

I used the app. I was able to complete the return of the truck on the app. As I was returning earlier than I had planned this was a big advantage. It was similar to checking the truck out. Taking photos of the front and back and sides and cabin and the cargo area. I am happy. Thank you U Haul.
Michael WVehicle was left filthy with trash and cigarettes butts and dirty socks. Also vehicle was left on empty with 15 miles to empty. This is not acceptable.

jose eThe rental process was fine but the attendant refused to connect the trailer to my car and told me he wouldn't hook up the trailer to my car and said to me that "We don't do that, it's your job" When I returned it in Jacksonville I asked the return attendant about that and he said that it it absolutely Uhaul's job to hook it up. The trailer was dirty inside, not full of trash but dirty, including a lovely sparkly press-on fingernail. I needed the trailer so I took it but will not rent from this location anymore.
