The dolly damaged the front valance on my car when moving it onto the dolly. It does not give sufficient clearance under the balance to clear the extendable ramp and the platform of the dolly.

NOELIA SNo one unhooked the trailer - I had to do it myself. I was suppose to hook up the trailer but someone from next door did it for me. I should have been told this when I made the reservation. I never had this happen before when I used U-HAUL.
