I contracted and paid for 3 dozen moving pad/blankets but none were included on truck.

ROBERT SNobody helped me with this Uhual. I had to ask several times which trailer to even get because I know numbers have to match. I then had put it in on my hitch and hook up by myself. It came off and damaged my vehicle. I probably will never be renting or using Uhual services ever again because the process was ridiculous.
