The pick up was a self serve and I had to wait well my reservation was at 1.30 and I didn't get the keys well after 5 thats sitting at a gas station in the 95 degree summer hot waiting on haul to figure out how to fit their mess up so I had people waiting on ,m3 for 5 hours to load the truck and finally get on the road , I should've gotten back home at sometime around 6Pm I didn't even get the keys to the truck until then load the truck and drive for 5 hours so that put me back home well after midnight so I lost a day moving and on top of that the truck tire had some k8nd of ware on it that mad3 thr truck shake violently the whole 5 hours home I couldn't even go but 65 on I 95

Brandon HI contracted and paid for 3 dozen moving pad/blankets but none were included on truck.
MARY LWould of helped if the person was there before 10am instead of 11am
ROBERT SNobody helped me with this Uhual. I had to ask several times which trailer to even get because I know numbers have to match. I then had put it in on my hitch and hook up by myself. It came off and damaged my vehicle. I probably will never be renting or using Uhual services ever again because the process was ridiculous.
