Stop using the haul App so that customers like me that are loyal don't have to be on the phone for 30 minutes wasting time on troubleshooting w/ customer service reps via chat & phone to obtain our truck. I have used Uhaul for years, but this experience was the "Worst because of the app!" Listen to your independent dealers & customers!
Eleana MTried repeatedly to call and could not reach anyone. Had to drive back to ensure my late drop off was processed.
Robert HIt was raining when we arrived to pick up a 5 x 8 cargo trailer.. the young man that connected the trailer to our car was so nice & never complained at all about working in the rain... he was so polite & deserves to be commended !!!
