When I showed up to pick up the U-Haul at 9 AM they didn’t open up the gates till 9:30am. when I showed up to return the U-Haul on Sunday afternoon, they were not open even though it was posted on their gate that they were. Monday morning I didn’t have time to return it so I had to return it after work, which caused me to pay a whole another day.

She had more options than I chose and my extra driver information was not on her screen. Ya got to get rid of the redundancy it wastes everyone time.
