I didn’t like the last minute change of pickup location. It was an hour out of my way. I chose the other location for my reservation because it was close to my storage units.

CHRISSY MWe rented a trailer on line and it was ready upon our arrival the next morning. The rental was processed quickly and without hassle and the lady was friendly and efficient.
Gerda GThe attendant at the location did not provide any assistance other than taking payment. She stated that all my equipment was outside and that I would need to hook it up myself. After traveling home with the equipment, I found that she did not provide the moving blankets for the move. The lack of assistance and missing equipment, while no other customers were waiting for help from her, is a poor experience.
