We rented a trailer on line and it was ready upon our arrival the next morning. The rental was processed quickly and without hassle and the lady was friendly and efficient.
Gerda GThe attendant at the location did not provide any assistance other than taking payment. She stated that all my equipment was outside and that I would need to hook it up myself. After traveling home with the equipment, I found that she did not provide the moving blankets for the move. The lack of assistance and missing equipment, while no other customers were waiting for help from her, is a poor experience.

steven gMy overall U-Haul experience was a bad one, but this location has the best worker of all time. She was absolutely amazing and I wish I would have had her handling everything. I got my truck here and had to pick up my dolly at a different location where the wasn't anyone on duty and had rusted equipment, I called this location back and she helped me figure everything out.
