When I went to pick up the trailer at the first U-Haul location, they didn’t even have the trailer on site. I had a reservation already booked. They sent me to another location and I lost an hour of my time. Upon the trailer return, no one was on site or available to help. I followed the online return process through my phone and just left the trailer in the spot where I picked it up.

Robert ATruck was clean, but the brakes need to be checked there were a couple of incidents where I felt like the truck brakes weren't stopping the vehicle as they should and I almost had an accident I was able to get the truck to stop, but I was coming off the freeway for one stop and even with pre slowing the truck wasn't stopping properly.
Mikey Nno personnel were present at the time of drop-off (4.20PM, when closing was set at 5PM. I would prefer a site honor their stated hours. the person available by phone was able to help me de-hitch the trailer so I could leave.
