Trailer was full of dust. When I got to my destination every thing was covered in it.

I was told to put 1/4 of gas but when I turned on the truck it was empty. Don’t see how that is fair. And then the truck was super hard to get out of the location because it was put in toward and there was no space to go out

Aldo LWhen I went to pick up the trailer at the first U-Haul location, they didn’t even have the trailer on site. I had a reservation already booked. They sent me to another location and I lost an hour of my time. Upon the trailer return, no one was on site or available to help. I followed the online return process through my phone and just left the trailer in the spot where I picked it up.
