Business was located on west side lake shore of actual Lake Elsinore itself. My issue was that this U-Haul was to be open until 5 pm and we rushed to make it there at 4:30 from our child's move from Anaheim on the same day of August 30th, only for no actual human there to meet us, it was empty and all interaction was through the ring door bell camera. My card was charged right away at pick up and I did have some questions that I was believing from an actual in person human to human interaction would help more. As of right now my card hasn't been charged anything more since from my original charge at U-Hual pick up, however, whom knows what will happen in the future.
