I took it to the location i had booked to drop off the vehicle. Then they tell me it was suppose to go to a different location 15 minutes out of the way. They said if if didnt take it there i would be charged 400 dollars. I took it to the other location and rang the bell. I eventually talked to them on the phone, they said they would be there in a minute. I had already unhooked and dropped the trailer before they ever showed up. Talk about self service.
