Marketta UThe owners at the pick up location made my day. Because prior to that it was the worst customer experience of my life and I was over charged to boot! My reservations kept being canceled or trucks were not returned it put me over 2 hours behind schedule and over 15 miles further away each way and cost me extra in miles. Also I spent lots of time on the phone getting transferred back and forth.
