The gas Tank was all the way on The E Line marking when I got it, I had to put gas in the truck before I could even use it on top of the payment for the truck. The maintenance of the truck was in very poor condition the breaks were scrubbing and the over all engine ranned very rough as if a tune up is needed, I felt unsafe driving it but I had no choice I had a certain time frame to pick up my new furniture and I had already reserved the u-haul online and attached my card information. The inside of the truck was filthy the leather seats were nasty and dirty and the cup hold had left over coffee stains dripping down from the previous renter. My deposit was kept because the third party owner complained of low gas fuel the follow day, although I receive the truck on E, he was very rude I even asked him to rewind the cameras back so that he could see me putting the gas in the truck and walking to the register to pay for the gas but he refused. Also while renting on the website the prices are false advertised, it states at the time of check out that a certain price will be due at the time of pick up but dosent make you aware of the additional $30 plus worth of fees. Very dissatisfied!

The truck had debris in the back, we had to clean it up. The furniture pads were not included, he said he would take it off the bill, but did not. We had to put fuel in because it was under 1/2 tank. We returned the truck with the same amount of fuel and they still charged us $56.00 for fuel. I would never ever use them again. Really bad experience all the way around including the mover helpers, a joke actually.
Paul KThis has nothing to do with the location, but rather locations overall. From past experience, not sure why boxes and moving blankets are not something that locations due not stock. Seems there might be room for improvement in these areas, just a suggestion
KEVIN MWasted an hour over a guaranteed reservation; owner was not present and I had to download the U-Haul app and worked my way thru only to discover that I could not submit the rental b/c the owner thought the unit was not available when in fact it was. I had already started heading back home when a U-Haul scheduling rep intervened and said to go back.
