I initially had tried to make my reservation at Clock Tower - Lake Stevens. The website said equipment was unavailable. I made the reservation for another location in Lake Stevens. The reservation was moved to a location in Marysville. Upon arriving at the location in Marysville, I was unable to pick up my rental equipment. Upon contacting customer service, I was told the equipment was down for repairs. The customer service representative sent me back to the Clock Tower in Lake Stevens.
Shelby SGreat overall experience, guy at the desk was extremely helpful and got me in and out.
Josh NVehicle had substantial noise in the undercarriage when pressing the accelerator. In addition, it pulled to The right when braking.
Daniel HClock tower storage make the process of renting a uhaul very easy and enjoyable (unlike most locations) Shelby is very friendly and helpful. Yesterday an adjustment had to be made to the condition (gas level) and she took care of it with no issue at all.
