The place that we rented the Uhaul was in one business but we had to find the other business to pick it up. This was so frustrating and difficult. also by the time e found the other business in the next town there was no one around to complete the transaction . So now we are at the correct location but there is no one to help us., So frustrating. Then we had to call Uhaul to reach a person. and had to to to a completely different location. And then the Uhaul was not even at that place, we had to drive several blocks to pick up our van. Surely Uhaul can do better than this. Also I rented a van that was supposed to cost $19.99 but by the end it ended up costing $140.00. What gives with the great and reasonable advertized price when in reality there is no way that I could have gotten a Uhaul at advertised price AND I was charged a $30.00 gas fee which wasn't even explained to me. By the time all this happened I had to move so I was forced to pay the non advertised price because I had to move that day. I feel taken advantage of and if I had known how it was going to turn out I could have paid someone with a pick up and probably could have saved half the price. Come on Uhaul you can do better than this!

U-Haul should do unannounced inspections for your third party vendors. This location was messy and the house reeked of piss and dogs. The van also had dog hair in it, you never know if a renter has an allergy. The oil light was on too. The van was never washed either the outside was filthy. I will never return to this location.
