The back of the truck was leaking from the rain. It got a lot of my stuff wet.
BRYAN ZI was very pleased with the entire experience. The reservation was quick and easy. The representative was very helpful and reassuring. The equipment was available and ready when I arrived at the appointed time. The same representative was very accommodating and treated me like a valued customer. Lastly, the rental facility was very close to my home, making it quite convenient.
ROBERT Pinside of cargo area a rubber mat was on floor was so dirty I could not lay the moving blankets on top of it. The cab area was mostly clean but the windshield was filthy dirty and smeared up due to a poor cleaning attempt.
