The trucks battery died while loading our stuff since we had the emergency lights on. We had to jump start it. This was an inconvenience. Other than that everything went well.
Elvira RI was charged $124 for utility dolly and there wasn’t one in the truck. I tried calling the location where i picked it up left several messages with no response. Since Im from out of town it’s difficult for me to go to this location. I’m very upset for this faulty charge.

Orvin L“System crashed” for about 20 minutes. Owner was speaking about all the other locations I could go to when I just wanted to figure out my reservation. As I was walking out the door he tossed me the key and said you’re good! The equipment I ordered was not in the vehicle.
