When I made my reservation on,ine, I knew your mileage allocation was too low. I called your main number and the agent advised me to simply request some extra comp miles upon checkin. When I checked in, the agent on site said that was impossible, and to ask when I returned the van. When I returned the van, I was, indeed, 8 miles over…even though I did the GPS shortest route and did not stray even 0.1 miles. The agent when I returned the van said he could not make an adjustment, and to call back the next day to speak with a manager. I won’t bother. I think it is disappointing that you are stingy on the mileage. The added charge was only $8, but the money is besides the point. It took me extra time and was aggravating. It leaves me with a sour opinion of UHaul that you made this so difficult. You added stress to my moving day because I was intently watching my mileage, and this was unnecessary. You also texted me four times during the day, askin*me to click links twice. I was fricking moving! I was busy! Your requests were not a priority. Since renting, I have received multiple emails from you. Again, this all leaves a bad taste for me.

We arrived and not sure where to leave the UHaul, went to the door hit the doorbell, no one there for like 20 min. Discovered the sign that said to download the app and return rental that was. That process took like 20 more min. By the time we left we saw someone had arrived at the front office.
