Parking was a bit tight for the truck. Decided to not leave our car there for the day. - no good spots to leave it parked out of the way

Lady works here very friendly, parking a little small for 26 foot truck, but over all I really happy with her.
THANH TOvercharged for no reason. The lady helping me was extremely rude and didn’t explain anything. Terrible experience i will never use U-Haul again.
MADISON KThe 15 foot U-Haul truck was first rate! Use it to load reliable easy to drive. The U-Haul was less thrilling, confusing at times.
LINDA CPickup location was zero help. Got charged an extra $30 for coverage that I very clearly declined but the person ringing it up didn't seem to understand anything. I tried to fight it but it was so painful that it was just worth paying an additional $30. Then I dropped the trailer off on Sunday after calling the number - I had to switch drop off locations because the one I was returning to had a gate closed. I called the number, dropped it at the new place and was told that was sufficient. Then I called back on Monday to confirm the drop off and make sure everything was accounted for - got transferred 3 different times and was ultimately told I was fine and would get a receipt. Didn't hear anything. Called on Tuesday and was told they had a site manager actively driving over there to check it in and that I'd get a receipt within 30 minutes. Didn't hear anything. Called back on Wednesday and wasn't hanging up until I could get an answer. Was told they had a site manager driving over there to check it in and I'd hear back within 30 minutes. 3 hours later I finally heard back and got the receipt and got charged another $30 for an extra day. Terrible experience overall.
