The attendant was new to the position and didn’t know how to check in the returned trailer. Uhauls online app wasn’t functioning properly. I had to call U-Haul customer service the next day to confirm that the trailer had been returned since I could reach anyone at the drop off location
ERIK PIt's not easy to get a truck into this franchise. The parking situation for putting a truck there is even worse. I do believe the woman behind the counter was as helpful as she could be. I have used U-Haul Many times before, but my experience between the tried to get answers and the push on the app which is unnecessary has made me decide this is the last time.

Richard FTrailer wasn't particularly clean tho I've rented worse. There was a hinge that had been forced that should have been tightened. First attendant seemed unfamiliar with securing the hitch and called someone else to finish. Within 6 blocks one safety chain had unhooked and was dragging on the ground. I adjusted the chains. Attendant insisted there was no need to cross attach the chains when I suggested it was safer and possibly required by law. I've had better experiences with Uhaul.
