Ensure all safety features of vehicle are maintained. Brakes squeaked, right hand turn signal did not work and tires were very squishy.

While the location was convenient for drop-off it is a gas station so had limited signage to indicate where to park or even if U-Haul trucks were available for drop-off at this location. The guy was helpful but we most likely would find a real U-Haul locations for any future rental/drop off needs.

Daniel HIt took 45 minutes to get the vehicle. I completed everything including payment online and it still took a full 45-50 minutes as the clerk fumbled around the software uploading my drivers license multiple times even though I had already done so.
