We booked a location to utilize mobile pickup for a van. The day we were supposed to pickup the van, our reservation was cancelled and relocated to another location - though we didnt find out until we showed up on the first location. While a new reservation was created, communication was sub-par and we also learned that you can apprently schedule mobile pickup at locations that simply don't offer that service. We called the hotline and received great assistance from Lisa. She made sure we got our rental. The second location delivered, but was still suspect. I was asked to write personal info on a pad of paper while the attendant read my driver's license and credit card info aloud to an unknown person over the phone, possibly being written down for a rainy day. Neither attendent during pickup or drop off could walk me thru the process to properly execute rental or return. I figured it out but I'm left hoping I did things correctly. Other than all that, and hoping somebody doesn't go on a wild shopping spree on my dime, the van was great and served the need.

Paula CI believe the workers here are good people - but nothing was prepared as if they did not know about my reservation. It took over an hour to check in and then get all the snow off the truck which ate into my rental period significantly. Also, none of the requested items were in the truck and weren’t available at that location, even though I requested them before had.
